Most people live their lives out of control: accepting what befalls them or what society may expect them to do, staying in jobs they don’t like, living up to other people’s expectations, being overweight and generally unsatisfied, and perhaps even a little unhappy.
Perhaps that thought creeps in; ‘Is that all there is?’
Conscious living is not a matter of invoking magic. It’s the day-to-day cultivation of a thousand small decisions that combined are guaranteed to make you happier, healthier, and more fulfilled.
