Coaching for Diversity.

This is an area where my lived experience and my professional expertise overlap to the highest degree and is a program designed for leaders who are looking to further integrate diversity into their teams or who may be moving to another country.

It can also be expanded to the teams with whom they will most directly work.

Through my proprietary Yin-Yang Model of Coaching for Diversity I help clients identify innate biases; lead them to examine their blind spots and assess their standing in terms of cultural capital. All this allows clients to deeply understand not only themselves but how it is to stand in someone else’s cultural shoes – which eventually leads to the comprehension that the ‘other’ is simply an opposite expression of oneself.

Countries and cultures in which I have experience are Malaysia; Australia; the Middle East; France, Germany, and India. In terms of diversity, I have worked with culture, race and sexuality.
