  • Coaching Contract – Provided after the discovery session and before our first coaching session. This sets out our relationship and responsibilities clearly including financial and payment details

    Client Coaching Journal – Provided after the discovery session and before our first coaching session. This is for you to keep track of our sessions, breakthroughs and ‘aha’ moments, your action points and your progress

    Client Feedback Sheet – Provided after the first four weeks of our coaching relationship, for you to tell me clearly how I’m doing as your coach.

  • I work one-on-one with my clients using Zoom. This allows me to be very flexible with clients in different time zones. Normally we meet weekly for an hour. These meetings run exactly as they would if we were together in my office. To this end, I do ask that clients are in a quiet and private space where they won’t be interrupted.

    When we have agreed on our meeting times, I will send you a Zoom link that you can use to connect each week.

  • Every client has their own needs but basically my coaching focuses on helping my clients achieve significant change in their lives, whether that is in their relationships, their career or their health. I use the principles of positive psychology and neuroscience to support conscious choices that help my clients move forward to their desired goals.

  • I am qualified as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, the peak body of professional coaching globally. This means that I have undergone a rigorous study schedule both practical and theoretical, passed both oral and written examinations, and undertaken extensive Mentor Coaching in addition to many hours of client coaching.

    To keep this qualification I need to undergo rigorous continuing professional education to ensure my skills are maintained.

  • Though we will have an over-arching set of aims or goals that govern our contract, each time we meet we will discuss a specific issue related to those goals.

    This may be something we have already programmed, or it may be something that has come up for you in the intervening time since our last session.

    While the outcome of each session will depend very much on you, what you will be able to expect from me in every session is that I will hold the space for you, listen deeply to you, and reflect your thoughts and words to you so you can consider them more deeply and challenge your thinking to evoke awareness and growth.

  • Normally once a week; however this can be varied depending on the requirements of the client. It’s unusual to have more than one session a week simply because the coaching process requires the client to consider and digest insights or ideas as well as put thoughts into action and that simply takes time.

  • Absolutely. We go where you want and need to.

  • I use Zoom

  • I charge 150 euros per 50 minute session for a short term contract coaching session.

    Longer contracts receive a small rebate on this price.

    If you are on a long contract and require extra sessions in between the price is 90 euros per hour.

  • I offer a free discovery session, where we can discuss your needs and see how compatible we are as coach or client. If we agree to proceed, all consultations are chargeable.

  • I do try to be as flexible as possible and I understand that things come up at the last minute.

    If you wish to reschedule I prefer as much notice as practicable. If I am given more than 48 hours notice I will do my best to reschedule the appointment at no extra charge. Cancellation of an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge.

    If I am forced to cancel an appointment due to circumstances outside my control, I will give as much notice as possible and we can coordinate the best way to reschedule.

    Please do not be late for our sessions. I will not be able to allocate extra time at the end to make up for late starts.

  • The standard session rate does not include telephone or email contact in between sessions.

    The three month contract allows for unlimited email contact in between sessions.

    If you require unlimited email and telephone contact between sessions we can discuss and additional package rate.

  • My coaching contracts abide by the International Coach Federations’ Code of Ethics.

    The coach and client relationship is a trusted one with all personal information, ideas and objectives remaining between us.

    Throughout the coaching process conversations and outcomes will remain confidential.

    The only circumstance under which I will break this confidentiality – in accordance with ICF’s Code of Ethics - would be if my client give me cause to believe that they may be in a crisis that may lead the to harm either themselves or another.

  • That depends on you, because you set both the aims and the pace. Through the structure of our coaching sessions, however, you should be able to see in each and every session how your work is progressing.
